food log again

OK. Today feels a bit better but still I can feel that things could slip and slide, so here's another food log to keep me focused.

    Breakfast: 3 weetabix with s-s milk, banana

    Mid morning snack: handful brazils, nectarine

    Lunch: chopped apple, feta cheese, grapes

    Dinner: veggie frankfurters, smashed potato, peas

    Drinks: half a cafetiere of coffee (no milk), 3 cups of tea (with s-s milk), 2 x 750 ml water

    Evening snack: apple & s-f peanut butter

    Another evening snack: popcorn (home popped with a little oil)

    Late night snack (curse you insomnia): 2 weetabix with s-s milk

eeeeeeeeeeeewwwwww it's disgusting!!!! in our house we have to buy 3 types of milk - full for O, semi for me and skimmed for R. I have to use skimmed when we run out of semi and it's vile and watery and yuck

I got semi by mistake yesterday I can't tell difference in taste really.
