Breakfast: asda shreddies w s-s milk, banana
Shivery-bite: 1 pkt snack-a-jacks & can diet coke
Lunch: Chickpea & feta salad with cucumber in pita breads, apple
Tea: Cheese omlette, oven chips (not very many), sweetcorn, runner beans (freshly picked from our balcony woo)
Evening snack: apple & peanut butter
Drinks: 1 mug coffee (no milk), 1 can diet vanilla coke, 2 x 750 ml water, 3 mugs tea (w. s-s milk)
Daily Review
food ~ not bad but could be better (bad snack-a-jacks bad chips tut); fruit ~ 3 pieces (banana, 2 apples); exercise ~ swimming with O + 30 mins swimming; water ~ 1.5 l; booze ~ 0
