Friday weigh-in & weekly review

Lost 2 lb and hit my mini-goal of losing 5% of my starting weight woooo. The week's gone pretty well, I think. Comparing it with the plan:

Food: Eating hasn't got out of control (except for the mini-roll incident), so I seem to not have slid down into that blackhole of eating that was beckoning last week. I've eaten my 3 pieces of fruit a day on 5 days out of 7, and drunk my water target 5 days out of 7.

Exercise: I've done exercise on 5 days out of 7, including swim, aquarobics, belly dancing ie exactly to plan wooo. I took O swimming twice.

This month's challenge: O has been back at school 3 days and so far I've walked at least 30 mins each day. Meeting my walking goals has been aid by 2 things: getting my new pedometer and the fact that the pedal fell off my bike on Wednesday.
