Food
    Breakfast: huge pile of fat'n'carb crap

    Lunck: breakfast (shreddies, banana)

    Tea: salad w. feta cheese, fruit salad w. ice-cream

    Snack: soz sarnie (should've been a piece of fruit oh well)

    Drinks: 2 ltr diet irn-bru; 2 mugs coffee (no milk); 1 x 750 ml water; 1 options; 2 glasses red wine

Exercise
    walking: morning mile
